Ashworth House is a grade II listed town house with an attractive walled garden situated in the historic town of Oundle, nestling in the picturesque Nene Valley region of East Northamptonshire UK.

It is privately owned by Sue Crick, who has created a truly delightful home - offering the highest standards in quality and comfort - with an informal and relaxed atmosphere.

Ashworth House is like Dr. Who's Tardis - there is far more on the inside than the outside lets on!

As soon as you enter the house you'll be struck by the elegance and serenity of the tastefully decorated interior.  The hallway leads to the guests' easy room - pictured to the right.

Traditional English breakfast which is included in the price is served in the spacious dining room.  Upon arrival to the house, guests are welcomed with homemade cake and refreshments.

Evening meals are available on request from £15. (We're not licensed, but guests are welcome to supply their own wine for the meal.)

Sue offers imaginative and varied AGA cooking from her rustic kitchen - there's always a wide choice to suit every taste. Vegetarians are welcomed.

At Ashworth House, there are two rooms...

On the ground floor is a comfortable and spacious twin-bedded room with its own bathroom en-suite.  This room can be made into a family room with an extra bed.

It has remote controlled colour TV and a radio, hot drinks facilities and hair dryer.  Extra pillows and blankets are available if required.

There is also a slightly smaller double room available, complete with en-suite shower and separate toilet.

As well as a TV, radio, drink making facilities and hair dryer, this room has an engaging view onto the courtyard garden at the rear of the house.

Ashworth House is close to the town centre and to the famous Oundle Public School.
